Öztiryakiler water treatment system produces drinking water from sea water, stream, lake and pond water. The system cleans residue, heavy metal, organic and bacteriological dirt with reverse osmosis technology and without using chemicals. It can be easily transferred and operated anywhere in the world. The water treatment process and treatment equipment are controlled by PLC (Programmable Logical Control) and the current status can be monitored on the panel. It is designed to cook food for 250-400 people in 2 hours depending on the model in all climatic and terrain conditions. All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel. The cooking units, each with 25 kW power, run on diesel oil or LPG. its modular structure, the cooking units can be separated from the trailer and work independently when necessary. The kitchen unit is mounted on a highly maneuverable single axle trailer. It can be towed by any vehicle with an adjustable towing ring in accordance with NATO standard. The trailer is equipped with brake and hand brake system. Units consist of double/single wall boilers, frying pan and oven. Comes with 69 pieces of accessories. Clean and waste water tank and outer tent are optional.

The container can be expanded on three sides via a manually operated mechanical system, even with equipment installed. For transport, the expandable system is closed and adjusted to ISO 20-foot dimensions. Inner walls are covered with stainless steel sheets. It runs on diesel. Inside are a conventional oven, oven trolley, cooking boiler, fryer, meat grinder, mixer, vegetable and potato cutters, knife sterilizer, workbench, hood, sink, waste cart, chopping board, hand tools, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A diesel generator ensures operation when electricity is unavailable. It has a 500-person capacity, a 3000-liter clean water tank, a 600-liter food cooler, inverter air conditioner, and electric heater.
